Ordering
Our online store is open to wholesale customers only and there is no minimum order requirement.
Payments
We accept major credit cards for safe and fast processing of your order.
Shipping / Delivery
At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. All orders ship via UPS, depending on the size of the order, or the type of address of the receiver.
Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Upon checkout, your shipping cost will be applied.
1. Cancellation
1.1. An order can be canceled within 24 hours after placing an order.
1.2. To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at sales.onenmoreinc@gmail.com.
Cancellations can only be made through email only.
1.3. If your order has not been shipped and processing takes longer than 5 business days, please promptly contact customer support to request a cancellation. However, if the order has already been processed by warehouse and/or shipped, you will need to wait for the tracking number.
1.4. If the item(s) in your order are out of stock, we can process a refund to the original payment method.
2. Return
2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, buyers must request one within 10 days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.
2.2. It is recommended that buyers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any issues.
2.3. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
2.4. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received
3. Store credit
3.1. Returns will be issued as store credit only.
3.2. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3.4. Please note that a shipping fee will be charged for each item returned, regardless of whether or not free shipping was offered. The fee varies based on your location.
3.5. Processing of returns typically takes 2-5 business days.
3.6. We do not issue a refund to cards or the original payment method, store credit is the ONLY option for returns.
